Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, seasonal volume, or customs processing.

Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us as soon as possible at support@get-celeste.com. If damage occurs during delivery, photos of the packaging and product help us process your claim swiftly.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used personal care products. For unopened items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery before returning anything.
