Returns
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used personal care products.
If your item is unopened and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Include your order number and a brief description.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Providing clear photos of the product and packaging helps us resolve the issue quickly. In these cases, we will replace the item at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds on:
- Used or opened products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
